After-sales service:

• installation: We can provide remote guidance, and we can also shoot video to teach. If it is very complex equipment, our staff can go to the site to help with installation and commissioning. The buyer shall bear the accommodation, meal and transportation expenses of relevant personnel.

• maintenance: We provide free maintenance for the whole machine for one year from the date of delivery. In case of Failure of product components due to non-force majeure or non-human factors during the warranty period, the seller shall mail the new parts to the address designated by the Buyer.
