Designed Weighing Room - Usually, the material must be weighed in the clean area to avoid
changing its original purity. According to the biological activity
of the material, its weighing should be completed in a completely
independent area (independent fume hood, air flow form and dust
capture). Grade D, grade C or grade A shall be selected according
to the microbial contamination level of starting materials (e.g.
< 100 CFU / g) or the requirements of process risk assessment.
- The sterile drug ingredients are weighed in the sterilized
container under the condition of A-level (sterile operation
platform), and then transferred to the liquid medicine container
under the condition of A-level cleanliness. The background
environment must meet the requirements of B-level cleanliness.
- Due to the falling off of particles (from solid materials) in the
air and the possible influence of personnel, the handling of
materials should comply with the operating procedures. When
weighing sterile materials, the personnel's clothing must meet the
requirements of class B cleanliness level, which also plays a role
in personnel protection. In class D clean areas, dust masks /
goggles should be worn when necessary for safety according to
product characteristics.

effectively avoid cross pollution.
