According to the design documents and construction drawings of the renovation project, as well as our construction plan and construction measures, it reflects the variety, specifications, quantity and time requirements of various materials for the project entity, as detailed in the material requirements table
2、Material source delineation.
According to the technical requirements of the tender and the owner's recommended brands to select the source of materials, from the company's potential suppliers to select qualified suppliers, such as direct imports or domestic procurement, professional manufacturers to order, market procurement, etc.
3、Material application plan .
The application (procurement) plan is prepared according to the supply plan, reflecting the quantity of materials that our company has to obtain from external sources, and is the basis for purchasing and ordering.
