1	What’s the Pre-filled?
	Pre-filled is the resin or hardener has been filled with silica sands before delivering to you.
2	Is Pre-filled resin cheaper than Pure resin?
	Generally it is. However, you should consider the final cost. If you can find qualified silica sands in you local market, the pure resin is better choice. Silica sands are very cheap, sea freight cost is high. With same quantity of resin in a shipment, you can get more final mixed resin with local silica sands.
3	Why JiangTe resin doesn’t offer Flexibilizer and Accelerator?
	We’ve added them into resin/hardener already before delivering to you. So you can use our materials easily.
4	Should I tell you our process when purchasing?
	Yes, our materials have two kinds on most of items: Vacuum Casting and Auto Pressure Gelation (APG).
5	Do you have one material which is suitable for both CT PT and bushings insulators?
	No, the requirements of CT PT and bushings insulators on electrical characters are different. We’ll help you find the suitable one.
6	We’re using Huntsman epoxy resin, can I use JiangTe resin?
	Yes, ours are equivalent to Huntsman. Please tell the number of Huntsman you’re using, we’ll offer the one matching.
7	What’s the pot life?
	Pre-filled resin is one year; Pure resin is 2-3 years.
8	What's the packing?
	Pre-filled resin is in 25kg drums; Pure resin is in 225kg drums; We also have 5kg drums, IBC tanks and etc.
