1. Select quality spare parts suppliers
Engineers will lead the team to visit the spare parts suppliers' factories, check the samples before ordering, and select quality spare parts to ensure the quality of our products.

2. 100% Accessories Inspection
Our QC team inspects every kind of accessories before warehousing and returns any unqualified products. If the failure rate is higher than 5%, we will return the batch to the supplier and ask them to resend until all the products meet our requirements.

 
3. Production Process
The QC team checks the production of the machine at any time during the production process, and requires the workers to assemble the machine strictly according to the assembly table.

4. 100% Test before warehousing
Before each machine is put into storage, QC team tests each part of the machine and each performance of the machine to ensure 100% meet the standard.

5. Re-test before delivery.
We will re-test the machine before delivery to ensure that the machine is intact.

6. Packing
All machines will be packed with foam cotton, then wrapped with stretch film to prevent collision, and packed with export carton. For industrial machines, the machines will be packed in export wooden crates.
