•  The same battery pack (manual programming) can only be horizontal spot welding or vertical spot welding, and can not have both   horizontal and vertical spot welding in the same group of batteries. (If multiple spot welding specifications are required, please do   CAD programming.)
•  The same battery pack can only choose flat pin spot welding or convex spot welding
•  In a battery pack, the spot welding surface must be flush and of the same height
•  Clean the end face of the spot welding needle regularly
•  The whole machine adopts computer control system. Do not link USB device and Internet at will to prevent data loss

 3. Cooling system: 

Water circulation heat dissipation, instantaneous high-current welding, the welding head always maintains a constant temperature, effectively reducing the loss of welding pins and improving the welding effect.
