S-B1A Automatic Single Blade Cutting Machine Automaitc Gang Slitter

 

Product Introduction
The S-B1A automatic single type iron cutting machine is a cutting machine designed for cutting long iron sheets, which can be connected to the automatic iron sheet feeding machine S-B23B for use. The iron sheet is fed into the feeding platform, and guided by an elastic roller guide rail (driven by a pneumatic cylinder), it is then pushed into the wheel cutter by a set of push claws for cutting. The induction eye at the entrance of the wheel knife guides the pneumatic cylinder. The diameter of the knife shaft is 90mm (100mm), and it adopts a new clamping type knife frame and a multiple pressure wheel design, ensuring smooth cutting. Simple and multiple safety designs make maintenance and replacement easy and fast.
