CuSn6P CuSn8P0.3 Bronze Thrust Washer with Lubricant Pockets

ZR-090W bronze thrust washer is made from high grade alloyed, hot rolled, phosphorous tin bronze . The slide bronze thrust washers are especially designed to withstand heavy loads and to be shock-resistant. The entire bearing sliding surface consists of lubrication pockets that build up a lubricating film that reduces friction, both at startup and during operation.

ZR-090W is intended for radial, oscillating and axial movements and are especially suited for medium to high loads.

ZR-090W Bronze washers use high density bronze strips to roll the spherical oil pockets as material structure.We can make rolled bronze bearing with dimond oil pockets, round oil pockets and smooth suface based on customers requirements.
