The SW-607 Multi-Channel Brake Disc Flaw Detector is a cutting-edge, fully automatic mechatronic inspection system that integrates advanced eddy current technology with precise microcomputer control. This instrument is ideal for both online and offline flaw detection of brake discs. With independent channels, it can drive multiple combination probes composed of absolute and differential coils. The inspection channels simultaneously collect data, providing high sensitivity for detecting a wide range of production-related defects, including:

• Longitudinal and transverse cracks
• Surface cracks and discontinuities
• Hidden and open cracks

It reliably detects cracks and other flaws caused by production line issues. The signals from each channel are displayed in real-time on the screen as both an impedance plane diagram and a time-base scan diagram.

The fully digital design of the SW-607 allows it to adapt to various metal materials. Users can store multiple standard inspection programs or expert systems within the instrument, making it easy to recall settings when changing product specifications. The device also features input and output control interfaces, allowing for seamless integration with other on-site equipment for synchronized operation, creating a highly automated system.
