This system can be used for

2. Any steel normalised and annealed pieces of hardness testing and sorting, such as a variety of rolling wire parts, gears, etc.
3. Plumbing fittings hardness sorting.
This equipment includes hardness sorting instrument, detection coil, mechanical transmission and automatic sorting, the instrument adopts inter-vehicle line, imported components installation, with stable and reliable performance, high sensitivity characteristics, the instrument panel set excitation power adjustment, sensitivity adjustment, phase adjustment, impedance balance adjustment, qualified and unqualified counting and other functions. Adopt Wenwu fluorescence oscilloscope display.There are two testing coils, one standard coil is used for placing qualified products, and the other measuring coil is used for testing the hardness of the workpiece. The mechanical transmission part is composed of all colourful non-conductive materials to avoid the influence of other magnetic materials on the testing coil. The automatic sorting part adopts pneumatic method to push the flap action.
