Welljets Pigment ink continuous inkjet printer enjoy immense popularity among users owing to their "unconventionally simple" mechanisms. Our W5600c continuous inkjet printer is a classic example of such simple yet highly efficient printer models. Its unipart ink system is easy to operate and entails no lockout hours, saving time and effort at the workplace.

The W5600C CIJ printer entails a unique cross-flow pumping system to ensure that the pigment ink particles are in suspension. Moreover, its exclusive single-cartridge system helps eliminate blockages. The printer incorporates a modular design with plug-and-play serviceability; thus, the printer functions optimally once it is plugged in and does not require re-installation.

Its IP55-rated construction ensures durability and resilience to wear and tear. The printer entails a no-spill, quick-change ink cartridge system, facilitating a mess-free work environment. A quick-change combo external filter unit is fastened outside the unipart system and can be easily replaced. The throw distance from the product to the printhead is up to 50 mm.

The product contains a standard nozzle bore of 60 μ; however, users may opt for the 50 μ and 40 μ nozzles if desired.
Its maximum line speed is 280 m per minute, with a 0.417 mm print-dot interval.
The rated character height is 1.2 mm to 10 mm, based on the font type chosen.
This printer has a nominal throw distance of minimum 2 mm and maximum 15 mm.
Although its standard input language is English (USA), Chinese and Arabic are available as optional languages.
The ink cartridge volume and makeup cartridge volume are 375 ml and 750 ml, respectively. The makeup cartridge and cleaning solutions are selected based on the ink type chosen.
