PET packaging belt/PET strapping—also frequently referred to as PET "plastic steel" strapping—is a new type of eco-friendly packaging material distinguished by its exceptional performance and wide range of applications. It is primarily utilized for the bundling of heavy-duty products, including paper goods, steel, aluminum, cast iron, cotton, chemical fiber products, bricks, marble, and similar items.

FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES:

High strength----Some models of PET plastic steel belts are as strong as steel belts and can withstand the weight of heavy industrial products. At the same time, it has a certain elasticity, which can buffer vibration and impact during transportation and reduce the risk of breakage caused by bumps.

Corrosion resistance----PET material is not affected by oil, acid, alkali or humid environment, suitable for sea transportation, chemical product packaging and other scenarios, and can maintain performance in the range of -40℃ to 120℃, avoiding the problem of steel belt rusting and contaminating goods.

Cost-effectiveness----its density is only 1/6 of that of steel belt, which can reduce transportation costs and reduce the burden of workers.

PET Packing belt/PET strapping has a dense molecular structure and high crystallinity, resulting in a rigid yet highly resilient texture. It is typically transparent, semi-transparent green, or black, with customizable diamond-patterned embossing. It offers excellent anti-slip properties, is odorless and burr-free, and boasts uniform specifications and high dimensional accuracy. It is compatible with various manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic strapping equipment.

1. Stable Tension Without Slackening-------Its elongation is extremely low, only one-sixth that of ordinary PP strapping. During long-term storage and transportation, it maintains over 95% tension, preventing rebound and loosening, and ensuring continuous and secure fixation of goods, preventing displacement and scattering.

2. Combining Rigidity and Flexibility for Impact Resistance------ Combining the tensile strength of steel strapping with the cushioning toughness of plastic strapping, it exhibits approximately 5% cushioning elongation when subjected to external impacts, bumps, and vibrations. It can withstand heavy loads while also cushioning transportation impacts, protecting the integrity of goods.
