PRODUCT DESCRIPTION OF PET PACKING BELT

PET packing belt, PET plastic steel strapping belt, is widely used in the strapping of various heavy goods and used to fix the goods during transportation. Excellent Performance-----
High Strength----- Its tensile strength is close to that of steel strapping of the same specification and approximately 10 times that of PP strapping. It can withstand greater tension and ensure the safety of heavy goods during transportation.
Low Elongation----- Its elongation is only one-sixth that of polypropylene (PP) strapping, allowing it to maintain tension for a long time, preventing the packaged goods from loosening.
Excellent Flexibility----- Its exceptional flexibility prevents the strapping from breaking and causing the contents to fall apart due to bumps during transportation. It also lacks the sharp edges of steel strapping, preventing scratches on the packaged goods or injuries to hands.

**Manufacturing Process**
Raw Materials------ (Virgin PET resin or recycled bottle flakes) undergo drying and extrusion into thick sheets. These sheets are then longitudinally stretched and oriented (to enhance tensile strength), set, embossed/slit, and finally wound into coils. Products made from virgin material offer superior heat-sealing performance and stronger bonding.
**Applications**
Widely used for the strapping and containerized transport of heavy-duty cargo across various industries, including steel, aluminum ingots, timber, paper, glass, building materials, non-ferrous metals, and chemical fibers. It is particularly well-suited for export shipments, outdoor storage environments, and applications where non-contaminating packaging is a strict requirement.
