FI80 Portable Flange Facer – 26" to 80" Internal Mount Flange Resurfacing Machine

The FI80 Portable Flange Facer is a heavy-duty, internally mounted flange resurfacing machine engineered for large-diameter onsite flange repair. With a machining range of 26.34″ to 80″ (670–2032 mm), it is designed for critical sealing surface restoration in the oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, and offshore industries.

Built with NSK bearings, a precision V-slide linear guide system, and a rigid modular structure, the FI80 delivers smooth, accurate finishes that meet ASME B16.5 gasket sealing requirements.

This model is available in two power options — pneumatic (FI80P) and electric servo (FI80E) — allowing operators to choose the ideal configuration for their job site.

The machine supports machining of flat face (FF), raised face (RF), RTJ grooves, V-grooves, tongue-and-groove, and lens ring flanges, making it one of the most versatile flange facing tools for field service applications.
