The FI60 Flange Facing Machine is a high-performance, internally mounted solution specifically engineered for on-site flange resurfacing and maintenance of large-diameter flanges. This portable flange facing machine is built for precision machining of flat face (FF), raised face (RF), ring-type joint (RTJ), weld overlays, and custom profiles. It supports ASME B16.5-compliant finishes, including phonographic and serrated sealing surfaces.

Available with either a Modec pneumatic motor or a electric servo motor, the FI60 offers the adaptability and reliability required for field machining tasks in oil & gas, power generation, chemical processing, and offshore maintenance environments.
