Quality Control
Quality Control Process for Anti-Drone Equipment
The quality control of anti-drone equipment should run through the entire process:
- R&D Phase: Simulation tests such as electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and jamming frequency accuracy are conducted to verify design reliability.
- Supply Chain Side: Incoming quality inspection (IQC) is carried out for core components (e.g., power amplifiers, signal processors).
- Production Phase: Automated welding process monitoring and assembly precision calibration are implemented.
- Finished Product Phase: A full range of tests must be passed, including power output stability, multi-target jamming effectiveness, and adaptability to high-low temperature and vibration environments.
- Post-Sales Traceability: A unique product identification system is established to enable post-sales quality traceability, ensuring the equipment's jamming effectiveness and operational safety in complex scenarios.
