Six Rolls Per Bundle Pipeline Reinforced Mesh Pipeline Reinforced Mesh Description: Pipeline Reinforced Mesh is a factory-fabricated reinforced concrete structure. By welding the steel mesh to the concrete, it forms a high-strength counterweight layer, used for pipeline anti-floating or mechanical protection. It provides negative buoyancy to prevent pipeline uplift, and enhances pipeline impact and corrosion resistance, and replaces traditional double-layer steel pipes, reducing steel usage and construction costs. Pipeline Reinforced Mesh Specifications:
Pipeline Reinforced Mesh Good Advances: 1.Standard wire diameter 2.Uniform mesh hole size 3. Roll width and roll length both enough for every customer 4. Welded point strong 6.High degree of flexibility 7.Anti-corrosion and anti-rust are strong 9.Use life long Pipeline Reinforced Mesh Application: 1.Water and wastewater pipelines 2.Chemical processing pipelines 3.River bottom gas & oil pipelines 4.Everglades gas pipelines 5.Subsea gas & oil pipelines Technical Standards for Galvanized Wire Pipeline Reinforced Mesh :
1. Wire Mesh Structural Requirements The wire mesh should be RSFM type or similar. The wire mesh is made of longitudinal and transverse wires welded together using resistance welding. 2. Reference Standards Welding of the wire mesh must comply with ASTM A185 and the wire mesh must meet ASTM A82. 3. General Requirements for Wire Mesh The wire should be made of low-carbon steel wire rod, and the surface of the wire mesh should be galvanized for corrosion protection. 4. Wire Diameter Requirements The wire mesh diameter must be no less than 2.55 mm x 2.0 mm (longitudinal wire x transverse wire), and 25.4 mm x 67 mm (longitudinal wire x transverse wire). (Note: The wire mesh manufacturer guarantees that the wire mesh provided will withstand pipes with a diameter of 813 mm, a minimum 4.2 mm 3LPE anti-corrosion coating, and a 110 mm thick concrete weight coating. Using three layers of wire mesh, the minimum ratio of the average circumferential cross-sectional area of the reinforcement to the concrete layer cross-sectional area is 0.5%. The minimum ratio of the longitudinal cross-sectional area of the reinforcement to the concrete layer cross-sectional area is 0.08%.) 5. Mechanical Properties of Steel Wire The mechanical properties of steel wire must comply with the requirements of GB/T 343. Tensile strength of wire ≥ 485 N/mm², elongation ≥ 12%, testing method GB/T 228. Shear strength of wire mesh welds ≥ 241 N/mm², testing method GB/T 1499.3. 180° bends ≥ 4 times, testing method GB/T 238. Our company profile: Our company has 6 sets of the world's most advanced complete wire mesh welding production lines, with an annual production capacity of more than 5 million square meters, and is equipped with a complete set of testing equipment such as tensile testing machines, bending testing machines, and galvanized testing ensure that the products meet domestic and international relevant quality and standard requirements. Our company has passed the ISO 9001 quality management system, ISO 14001 environmental management system and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system three international standard certifications, indicating that the company's comprehensive management capabilities in the fields of quality, environment and occupational health and safety have reached international standards. |
