Determination of peroxide value in food - ST-13A automatic potential drop point instrument

The ST-13A automatic potentiometric titrator is designed in accordance with standards such as the determination of acid value in foods (GB5009.229-2016), the cold solvent automatic potentiometric titration method (the second method), and the determination of peroxide value in foods (GB5009.229-2019).

The instrument uses potentiometric titration to automatically identify the titration end point and automatically calculate the results. This instrument is suitable for the determination of acid value in various samples such as food acid value, which is one of the important indicators for determining the quality of edible oil. The titration system uses imported components, which are processed from corrosion resistant materials, with accurate measurement results and long service life.
