The Linear Empty Plastic Bottle Leak Tester is a versatile,
efficient tool for securing the integrity of various plastic
packaging containers. Designed for high-volume production lines, it
fits containers of diverse shapes and capacities, such as standard
water bottles, dairy containers (milk bottles), jerrycans and other
plastic containers. It carries out precise, non-destructive
airtightness checks on containers meeting preset specifications and
awaiting quality inspection.
The testing process is fully automated. After leak detection, the
system intelligently sorts outputs by test results. Conforming
products move smoothly along the line. Notably, any unit failing
the airtightness test instantly triggers an alert at the relevant
workstation, with the system automatically ejecting these
non-conforming bottles from the production flow. This automatic
rejection mechanism ensures strict physical separation between
approved and defective containers, preventing cross-contamination
of product batches and ensuring only leak-proof containers proceed
to filling or shipment. The process significantly enhances
production quality control, reduces waste and protects operator
safety.

(customizable memory), record the total amount of detection and
