Linear Empty Plastic Bottle Leak Tester
Description
The Linear Empty Plastic Bottle Leak Tester is a flexible and
efficient device that guarantees the integrity of various plastic
packaging containers. Made for mass - production lines, it can deal
with containers of different shapes and capacities, including
standard water bottles, dairy containers (milk bottles), jerrycans
and other plastic containers. It carries out precise, non -
destructive airtightness inspections on containers that meet preset
standards and are waiting for quality checks.
The testing procedure is completely automatic. After the leak
detection, the system cleverly classifies the output based on the
test results. Qualified products move smoothly to the next stage.
Notably, any unit that fails the airtightness test will immediately
set off an alarm at the relevant workstation. Moreover, the system
automatically gets rid of these unqualified bottles from the
production process. This automatic rejection feature ensures a
strict physical separation between qualified and defective
containers, prevents cross - contamination of product batches, and
makes sure that only leak - free containers go on to the filling or
shipping stage. This process significantly enhances production
quality control, cuts down on waste and protects the safety of
operators.
Machine Advantage
- Adopting the latest detection system from the United States, each
workstation has a dual independent leak detection system with high
precision and strong reliability, with an accurancy of up to 0.1mm;
- Storage function: The system can store 6 sets of product parameters
(customizable memory), record the total amount of detection and
bottle leakage and set the total amount of detection. When the
machine detects the set number of detections, it will automatically
stop leak detection;
- Stability testing: Using Siemens PLC control from Germany, Motorola
detection board from the United States and FESTO solenoid valve
control; the industry-recognized leading stability can reach over
100000 hours.
