Linear Empty Plastic Bottle Leak Tester With Four Workstations
Description
The Linear Empty Plastic Bottle Leak Tester represents a versatile
and efficient solution for ensuring container integrity across a
diverse range of plastic packaging. Engineered for high-volume
production lines, this system accommodates a wide spectrum of
container geometries and capacities, including standard water
bottles, dairy containers (milk bottles), jerrycans and various
other plastic containers. It performs precise, non-destructive
airtightness verification on containers conforming to predefined
specifications awaiting quality inspection.
The testing cycle is fully automated. Upon completion of leak
detection, the system intelligently segregates output based on test
results. Conforming products proceed seamlessly down in line.
Critically, any unit failing the airtightness test triggers an
immediate alert at the corresponding workstation. Crucially, the
system automatically ejects these non-conforming bottles from the
production stream. This automated rejection mechanism ensures
strict physical separation between approved containers and
defective inits, preventing ant cross-contamination of product
batches and guaranteeing only leak-proof containers advance to
filling or shipment. This process significantly enhances production
quality control, minimizes waste and ensures operator safety.
Machine Advantage
- Adopting the latest detection system from the United States, each
workstation has a dual independent leak detection system with high
precision and strong reliability, with an accurancy of up to 0.1mm;
- Storage function: The system can store 6 sets of product parameters
(customizable memory), record the total amount of detection and
bottle leakage and set the total amount of detection. When the
machine detects the set number of detections, it will automatically
stop leak detection;
- Stability testing: Using Siemens PLC control from Germany, Motorola
detection board from the United States and FESTO solenoid valve
control; the industry-recognized leading stability can reach over
100000 hours.
