Circuit diagram for design verification (PDF or source file).
5. PCB fabrication notes
Specifications: board material, thickness, copper weight, surface
finish, solder mask color, quantity.
6. Mechanical drawing
Outline, mounting holes, keep-out areas, and dimension
requirements.
7. Test requirements
