steady flow. Precision Weighing Logic: Employs a Circulating Roller & Lifting Scale design. This multi-stage weighing approach is more efficient than
traditional shuttle cars, making it ideal for high-volume,
multi-batch production. Manual Error-Proofing: For small-dose additives, the system includes a Barcode-Verified Manual Dosing Station. Feeding ports only unlock after a successful scan, with a
touch-screen display guiding the operator through the process.

Multi-Stage Mixing Interface: The system controls a complex sequence involving Kneaders (Internal Mixers) and High-Speed Mixers. It manages specific durations for plasticization (3-6 min), dry
