SPC Flooring Production: Integrated Raw Material & Mixing
System
Product Overview
MachTech provides a complete, high-precision engineering solution
for the front-end of SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) flooring
production. Our systems are specifically designed to handle the
heavy mineral loads ($60%–80%$ Calcium Carbonate) and precise polymer blending required to
produce high-quality, rigid-core flooring. From bulk storage to the
final extrusion feed, we ensure every step is optimized for
material integrity and batch consistency.

Step 1: Efficient Raw Material Handling & Dosing
The foundation of SPC quality lies in the exact ratio of Calcium
Carbonate, PVC resin, and specialized stabilizers.
High-Precision Dosing: Our system utilizes advanced load-cell technology to dose both
bulk powders and micro-additives with an accuracy of up to $pm 0.2%$.
Flexible Unloading Solutions: We offer cost-effective Manual Bag Dumping Stations with integrated dust collection, or optional Semi-Automatic Unloading to match your budget and labor requirements.
Bulk Silo Management: Large-scale storage silos for PVC and CaCO3 feature Vibrating Cones and Pneumatic Massagers to ensure the consistent flow of high-density minerals.
Dust Control: All unloading points utilize Spout Lock technology and integrated filtration to maintain a clean, safe
working environment.
Step 2: High-Speed Thermal & Cooling Mixing
Before extrusion, raw materials must be physically modified through
a precise thermal cycle to ensure the rigid core's stability.
Homogeneous Blending: The high-speed hot mixer ensures PVC resins are perfectly coated
with lubricants and stabilizers, followed by a cooling phase to
prevent material degradation.
Integrated Filtration: High-efficiency Filter & Electrical Fan units manage the high dust levels associated with heavy Calcium
Carbonate handling during the mixing process.
3. Advanced Material Distribution & Extrusion Feed
Feeding the extrusion line requires a steady, non-segregated
material flow to form the durable SPC base layer.
4. Integrated Component Handling
SPC flooring is a multi-layer composite consisting of UV, wear, and
decor layers.
Auxiliary Support: Our system supports the logistical handling of wear-resistant
materials and specialized additives using high-capacity Electrical Hoists.
Liquid Injection Control: Dedicated dosing systems feature Heating Trace & Insulation to maintain consistent viscosity for precise injection into the
mix.
