The UC-60N-03 ultrasonic cutting knife - The
ultrasonic cutting machine adopts a handle to support online
installation. The principle of an ultrasonic cutting knife is to
convert 50/60hz current into 20, 30 or 40khz electrical energy
through an ultrasonic generator. The converted high-frequency
electrical energy is once again transformed into mechanical
vibration of the same frequency through a transducer, and then the
mechanical vibration is transmitted to the cutting tool through a
set of amplitude variation and modulation devices. The cutting tool
transmits the received vibration energy to the cutting surface of
the workpiece being cut. In this field, vibrational energy is
reduced by activating the molecular energy of rubber and breaking
the molecular chains.
Product features of ultrasonic cutting machine
No sharp blade is needed, no great pressure is required, and it
will not cause chipping or damage to the cutting material. The
cutting knife is undergoing ultrasonic vibration, with particularly
low frictional resistance, making it difficult for the material
being cut to stick to the blade. It has a remarkable cutting effect
on frozen, sticky and elastic materials. It is particularly
effective for cutting food, rubber or objects that are not
convenient to apply pressure. While cutting, there is a fusion
effect at the cutting site. The cutting area is perfectly
edge-sealed, which can prevent the loosening of the material
structure being cut (such as flash in textile materials). The
applications of ultrasonic cutting machines can be further
expanded, such as hole digging, chiseling, paint scraping,
engraving, slitting, etc.
