rigorous 6-step process to achieve superior quality. First, hot-rolled coil preparation is the starting point. Hot-rolled stainless steel coils (typically 304, 316, or 430 grades) are selected as raw materials. They undergo degreasing with alkaline cleaners to remove surface oil and contaminants, then rinsed with water. This step ensures no impurities affect subsequent rolling, preventing surface defects. Second, cold rolling forming shapes the material. The cleaned hot-rolled coils are fed into multi-stand cold rolling mills (usually 4-high or 6-high mills). Through repeated rolling (2-5 passes), the thickness is reduced from 3-12mm to 0.1-3mm, with strict thickness tolerance (±0.01mm).
