3-4High voltage LCD Power Supply. When internal VLCD is used, connect these pins together. When external VLCD source is used, connect external VLCD source to VLCDIN, pins and leave VLCDOUT open.
5LCD Bias Voltages. These are the voltage sources to provide SEG driving currents. These voltages are generated internally. Connect capacitors of CAX / CBX value between VAX+ / VBX+ and VAX- / VBX-, respectively.

15Bus Mode: The interface bus mode is determined by BM0 with the following relationship: BM 0 | Mode 1 | 6800/8-bit 0 | 8080/8-bit
16Chip Selection. Chip is selected when CS0 = "L". When the chip is not selected, DB [7:0] will be high impedance.
17Selects Control data or Display data for read/write operation. In S9 mode, CD pin is not used. Connect to VSS when not used. "L": Control data "H": Display data
18WR[1:0] control the read/write operation of the host interface. In parallel mode, the meaning of WR[1:0] depends on whether the interface is in the 6800 mode or the 8080 mode. In serial interface modes, these two pins are not used, connect them to VSS.

20When RST="L", all control registers are re-initialized by their default states. Since UC1698u has built-in Power-ON reset and software reset commands, RST pin is not required for proper chip operation. An RC Filter has been included on-chip. There is no need for external RC noise filter. When RST is not used, connect the pin to VDD.

1. I want the LCD display 8 digits and the outline size is 65x30x2.8mm?

Answer: No problem. Please send us your specification/drawing. If you don't have specifications, you can provide samples; we will recommend suitable standard products or customize based on your requirements.

2. This LCD is just what we want, but it is big size, do you have any smaller size? And the display content need to be changed a little.

Answer: For segment type LCD modules, modifying outline size or display content requires a new LCD glass module with new tooling.

3. This LCD display is HTN type, but I want STN type, can you make?

Answer: Yes, we can change the display type according to your request.

4. I want to customize a new LCD module. Can you do?

Answer: Yes, we can. Please send your drawing or provide outline size, display information (glass thickness, polarizer, display type, connector mode, storage/operating temperature, supply voltage, viewing direction, drive condition).

5. What is lead time for tooling?

Answer: Typically 15 to 25 days after drawing confirmation and tooling charge payment. Exact time will be confirmed after drawing approval.

6. Can you send us samples for checking?

Answer: Yes, sample orders are available.

7. What is the Lead Time?

Answer: For standard products in stock, lead time is one day after payment. For special mass production, lead time is about 15-30 days. We will inform you if we can finish earlier.
