Speed BT40/BT50 Taper and 24-Tool Disc-Type Magazine HV5F series machine tools adopt a fixed gantry column integral bed structure, featuring a large-span H-shaped gantry column and a front-hung box layout. Coupled with a wide and heavy four-roller linear guide layout base, the machine tools have strong rigidity and good precision retention. The entire machine tool is professionally designed and manufactured with a focus on low center of gravity, anti-twist, and suitability for heavy cutting. Machine Structure Finite element analysis (FEM) is applied to optimize the shape and position of the reinforcing ribs of the castings, achieving the optimal strength of the bed. Additionally, the base and Y-axis column have been specially reinforced to make the bed structure more suitable for heavy cutting and increase the tool life. Specifications
