Product Overview

The BHM388Y Automatic Edge Banding Machine is a comprehensive and stable mid-to-high-end fully automatic edge banding device designed for medium-sized furniture manufacturing enterprises and professional panel processing workshops. With overall dimensions of 5000×750×1500mm and a machine weight of 1500kg, it features a robust structure with strong rigidity. Equipped with a PLC microcomputer control system based on time-control principles, the machine ensures stable operation, responsive performance, and reliable safety. It supports board thicknesses ranging from 10mm to 60mm and edge banding materials with thicknesses of 0.3mm to 3mm, with a minimum workpiece size of 50mm (width) × 70mm (length). Operating at a conveyor speed of 18–24m/min, a total power of 13.5kW, and a working pressure of 0.7MPa, it is suitable for processing various edge banding materials such as PVC, acrylic, and wood veneer.
