Glue pot

requires only 15 minutes to reach operating temperature. The tool free quick change system guarantees quick cleaning and change over times when changing the glue or colour. The synchronised, fine adjustable glue roller ensures the right application amount of glue.

End cut

Through the precise linear guide rail movement, the automatic tracking by the die and high frequency high-speed motor cutting structure are adopted to ensure smooth and smooth cutting surface.

Fine trimming system

2 high frequency motor for upper and lower edge with 0.75 kW (1 HP); 12000 rpm. With 2pcs 6 teeth R2 cutters. The manual 2-axis position control of both height and depth ensures 100% repeatability. Edge belt thickness change by manual.

Delta touch screen

The machine is with 6 functions as follows gluing ,end trimming ,rough trimming fine trimming scraping,buffing .And since it isphysical scraping ,therefore there are five functions on the screen , so scraping function is not shown
