From raw material selection to final inspection, all processes follow strict protocols to ensure precision, stability, and long service life across our full product range—linear guides, ball screws, splines, bearings, and related accessories.

TranzBrillix uses certified materials such as S55C rail steel, SNCM220 block steel, and high-grade bearing steel or stainless steel for miniature products. For ball screws, we select premium alloy steel with controlled composition to ensure hardness stability, fatigue resistance, and strong load capacity. All materials are fully traceable through internal quality systems.

CNC machining, precision grinding, and automated assembly lines operate under strict tolerances to guarantee parallelism, smooth running, consistency, and interchangeability with globally recognized brands.

TranzBrillix applies dedicated machining processes for each precision grade:

• C7 Rolled Ball Screws – optimized rolling profile plus precision turning
• C5 & C3 Ground Ball Screws – high-end thread grinding with controlled lead deviation
• End Machining – custom machining based on drawings (steps, keyways, threads, chamfers)
• Ball Nut Customization – non-standard nut housing design, preload adjustment, surface finishing

Every screw-nut assembly undergoes controlled torque testing and smoothness inspection before shipment
