1.Light Duty Wire Mesh Introduction
The SG100 series CNC metal wire mesh weaving machine is mainly
suitable for weaving high - mesh wire meshes. It has the
characteristics of low noise, diverse patterns, and convenient
maintenance.

- Model: BWR1300B
- Wire diameter range: 0.03 - 0.2mm
- Weaving density: 30 - 500 meshes/inch for plain - woven square
holes; 30-635 meshes/inch for twill weaving.
- Standard width: Options such as 1m, 1.3m, 1.6m and 2.7m are
available. Special widths can be customized as required.
- Rotating speed: 80 - 120 rpm. The spindle speed is adjusted by a
frequency converter, and the actual speed depends on the weaving
width and specification.
- Shedding form: Three shedding structures are optional: cam - guided
dobby mechanism, electronic rotating multi - arm machine, and servo
multi - arm machine. Aluminum alloy heald frames: If an electronic
rotating multi - arm machine is selected, up to 20 heald frames can
be used.
- Weft insertion mechanism: Servo motor - controlled CNC
unidirectional weft insertion or CNC bidirectional weft insertion,
with full carbon fiber rapier tape.
- Clamping method: One - time clamping.
- Warp feeding/mesh winding: CNC warp feeding (with real - time
display and automatic adjustment of warp tension); CNC mesh winding
(three - roll mesh winding).
- Weaving wire materials: Metal and non - metal wire meshes made of
various materials such as stainless steel, iron, copper, brass,
phosphor bronze, aluminum, platinum, polyester, and plastic.
- Weaving method: Plain weave, twill weave, dense weave, three -
heald weave, five - heald weave, reverse differential dense weave,
satin weave, variable weft density, etc. can be performed as
required. If a multi - arm machine is selected, various patterns
can be woven.
