Machine Working PrincipleThe machine adopts a rubber crawler structure to hold workpieces.
During operation, the crawler rotates continuously to turn over materials, while the blast wheel accelerates steel shots to impact the workpiece surface at high speed. Used shots are recycled through screw conveyor, elevator and separator for reuse. Dust is collected and filtered by a dedicated dust collector to ensure clean production.
