Non combustible sound-absorbing decorative panel. Using a
combination of various inorganic materials, with inorganic
materials as the main material, a special board is made by adding
conductive materials such as conductive porcelain clay powder and
conductive mica powder, reinforcing fibers, etc., bonding with
inorganic adhesives, and natural curing methods. Multiple different
decorative materials are then compounded on its surface to provide
melamine high-pressure decorative laminates (commonly known as
fireproof decorative panels), natural wood veneer, metal and other
materials. The decorative effect is perfect and can meet different
decorative environments, thus forming different decorative effects.
The technical principle for achieving sound absorption is: firstly,
forming a porous structure within the material itself to achieve a
certain sound absorption effect; secondly, forming a perforated
plate resonance structure through slotting and drilling on the
finished board to achieve sound absorption effect. And combined
with sound-absorbing non-woven fabric to further enhance the
sound-absorbing effect. The material is A1 grade non combustible
material.
