The QR-SDZ is a precision instrument designed to determine the particle size distribution of molding materials using standard sieves. It combines microcomputer control with electromagnetic microseismic vibration to provide efficient, accurate, and repeatable sieving results for
sand and other granular materials.
The machine’s tray is supported by an S-shaped spring and vibrates in a spiral back-and-forth motion via an electromagnetic coil. The vibration frequency and amplitude
are fully adjustable through the computer-controlled thyristor-triggered AC power supply, ensuring precise and customizable sieving performance.
