Q: Are these compatible with my standard angle grinder?
A: Yes, but you will need a matching Quick-Change Arbor (sold separately) that fits your grinder's thread (typically 5/8"-11 or M14). The disc itself has a standard 3/8" hole.

Q: What is the difference between Silicon Carbide and Aluminum Oxide?
A: Silicon Carbide is harder and sharper, making it better for harder, more brittle materials like aluminum, glass, and ceramics. Aluminum Oxide is tougher and better for general-purpose steel and ferrous metals.

Q: Can I use these for heavy-duty stock removal?
A: While they are excellent for grinding, their primary strength is in blending and finishing. For heavy-duty removal on steel, we recommend our Zirconia Flap Discs.
