High Voltage Instruments Digital Sweep Frequency Response Analyzer Transformer Winding Deformation Tester

General Information:
After the completion of transformer design and manufacturing, its internal structure and various parameters remain basically unchanged, so the frequency domain response of each line is also determined accordingly. The coupling degree of the three-phase frequency domain response curve of a normal winding transformer is basically the same. When a transformer experiences inter turn or inter phase short circuits during testing, short circuits or other faults during operation due to electromagnetic tension causing coil displacement, and collisions during transportation causing relative coil displacement, these factors will cause changes in the distribution parameters of the transformer and its frequency domain response. The degree of deformation of the transformer can be determined based on the frequency domain response curve.

Based on the above ideas and advanced measurement technology, SXBR-Z Series Transformer Winding Deformation Tester, which can accurately draw the frequency domain response curves of each phase. By comparing the horizontal and vertical measurement curves, the degree of transformer deformation can be accurately determined.
