Usage:
The model machine design to cut paper jumbo rolls to A4/A3 size sheets for copy paper,art paper,gsm range: 40-120gsm(one layer).
 

Performance And Characteristics

We adopt servo motor to control the length of cutting, This machine has electric and pneumatic control system, easy operating, high precision in cutting, working stable, low-noise. Frequency converter control motor speed with stable running, automatic counting, alarm and automatic-stop, Full automatic tension control. Web edge position automatic correct control by EPC system. Waste edge is blowing out of machine by fan automatically.

• Adopts pneumatic shaft materials loading system with much easy operation and convenience.
• It adopts servo motor for controlling constant-length cutting(precision:±0.2mm)
• It adopts Japanese PAN PLC control, Kunlunpassty touching panel (screen operation).
