Production Theory
Based on Pascal's principle, agricultural hydraulic cylinders achieve linear reciprocating motion via hydraulic oil pressure transmission: The cylinder barrel (high-strength steel with precision grinding) and piston rod (hard chrome-plated) form a sealed chamber. When the hydraulic pump inputs pressurized oil, the piston is pushed by oil pressure to drive the rod’s extension/retraction, outputting thrust. Production involves welding, honing, and seal assembly; key processes include precision grinding of the cylinder inner wall (accuracy ≤0.02mm) and chrome plating of the piston rod for rust resistance. Finally, pressure testing (≥25MPa) ensures pressure resistance, suitable for heavy-load, dusty farm work scenarios.
