Product Overview Hot Rolled Carbon Steel Coil (HRC) is the foundational raw material
for construction, infrastructure, and heavy machinery
manufacturing. Produced on advanced continuous rolling lines, our
HRC strictly complies with international standards such as ASTM, JIS, EN, and GB, ensuring excellent weldability, mechanical strength, and
processing precision. Backed by a substantial ready stock, we offer
customized slitting, skin-passing, and cut-to-length services to
meet specific project requirements. Technical Specifications | Category | Specifications | | Standard | JIS / EN / ASTM / GB Standard | | Grades | SS400, SM400A/B/C, SM490A/B/YA/YB, SPHT-1/-2/-3/-4,

Key Features Excellent Workability: Superior plasticity and toughness, making it easy for secondary
processing such as shearing, welding, and bending. High Structural Strength: Manufactured from premium carbon structural steel, meeting
international yield and tensile strength requirements to ensure
engineering safety. Extensive Size Range: Covering everything from ultra-thin hot-rolled sheets to heavy
plates, providing a one-stop sourcing solution for diverse demands. Consistent Surface Quality: Uniform mill scale thickness; pickled coils offer a clean surface
ideal for subsequent cold rolling or coating processes.
Typical Applications Construction & Infrastructure: Structural steel components, bridges, and prefabricated buildings. Manufacturing: Machinery bases, heavy equipment frames, pressure vessels, and
automotive parts. Pipe Making: Base material for manufacturing Spiral Submerged Arc Welded (SSAW)
and Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) pipes. Shipbuilding & Containers: Ship decks, shipping container shells, and structural frames.
Quality Assurance We understand the rigorous requirements of industrial procurement.
Every batch is delivered with a complete Mill Test Certificate (MTC). We support the following testing and inspections: Packaging & LoadingStandard Packaging: Wrapped tightly with waterproof paper and metal edge protectors,
secured with heavy-duty steel strapping. Available in Eye-to-Sky or
Eye-to-Wall orientations based on unloading equipment. Loading Method: 20ft/40ft Containers (bulk or palletized) or Break Bulk Vessels
for large tonnages. Lead Time: 7-15 days for ready stock; 30-45 days for customized rolling
schedules.
