processing of electrical steel laminations used in power

profiles—including step-lap cores—and integrates V-notch cutting and precision punching functions within a single continuous workflow. Material feeding,
punching, and shearing are all driven by high-performance servo
motors, enabling synchronized, vibration-free motion control with
sub-millimeter accuracy.
The entire process is orchestrated by an industrial-grade PLC control system, complemented by a user-friendly touchscreen HMI that allows operators to quickly configure job parameters, store
recipes, and monitor real-time machine status—dramatically reducing
changeover time and operational complexity.
Upon completion of the cutting cycle, each silicon steel sheet is
automatically aligned and stacked in perfect order on the receiving
platform via servo-controlled stacking mechanics. This ensures
consistent stack height, minimal edge misalignment, and optimal
readiness for downstream core assembly.
