The core structure of the belt pulley magnetic separator consists
of a permanent magnet/electromagnetic drum, a conveyor belt, and a
scraper. The main magnetic roller (pulley) generates a strong
magnetic field. When materials pass through the magnetic roller
area along with the conveyor belt, ferromagnetic impurities are
adsorbed onto the surface of the conveyor belt. As the belt runs to
the non-magnetic area, the scraper scrapes the impurities into the
slag collection bin. The purified materials are then conveyed
normally along the conveyor belt, enabling continuous operation
