Product Description ACEY-CCD01C CCD Tester is an automated visual inspection system specifically designed for lithium-ion battery pack assembly. Controlled by an industrial computer and equipped with a high-definition camera, the device accurately detects the polarity of the battery terminals, preventing short circuits caused by incorrect placement during welding. Using a conveyor belt design, it can automatically return or pass batteries based on the inspection results, significantly improving the efficiency of the battery pack assembly line.
Process Flow The cell enters the detection area → Sampling scan → Positive and negative detection → NG automatic detection → OK
