High Temperature Induction Lab Furnace B4C Heat Treatment
Description:
This compact vacuum induction lab furnace reaches a peak
temperature of 3200°C, customized for tiny specimen testing in
material research laboratories.
Equipped with stable medium-frequency induction heating,
matched with high-vacuum and argon shielding systems, it delivers
ultra-high temperature treatment for high-performance advanced
ceramic and semiconductor materials.
Three standard models are available for university labs and R&D
teams, suitable for sample preparation, lab trials and small-batch
processing. IGBT module paired with Shimaden FP93 temperature
controller realizes precise, adjustable temperature control.
Fitted with Raytek non-contact infrared thermometer for
1000–3200°C temperature measurement, with temperature fluctuation
controlled within ±5°C to guarantee repeatable, reliable
experimental data.
Supports dual working modes: high vacuum or low-pressure argon
atmosphere. Built-in water circulation cooling system ensures
stable long-time operation, and optional accessories such as gas
purifiers can be configured to meet special material sintering
demands, ideal for new material research and lab-scale trial
production.
Application:
Carbon & Graphite Materials: Processing of graphite powder, graphene, anthracite, carbon
nanotubes, carbon fiber, and graphite powder.
Ceramic & Hard Alloys: Sintering of silicon carbide, tungsten carbide, boron carbide,
and other high-performance ceramic components.
Special Functional Materials: Heat treatment of lithium battery materials, rare earth oxides,
radiation-proof materials, rhenium materials, metal billets, and
powder metallurgy products (e.g., metal/composite metal powders).
Other Materials: Processing of boric anhydride, magnesium fluoride, poly-silicon
materials, calcium carbide, and negative electrode materials.
