Description:
Engineered for industrial batch manufacturing, this 1:1 vacuum
resistance furnace adopts high-efficiencyresistance heating,
capable of a maximum working temperature of 2200°C. It is fitted
with a hermetically sealedvacuum cavity that delivers an ultimate
vacuum pressure of 20Pa. The unit runs on 38oV three-phase
powersupply and employs silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) modules
for regulation, delivering steady, homogeneoustemperature output
during prolonged uninterrupted manufacturing runs.
Built with robust heawy-load industrial architecture, the equipment
delivers outstanding durability againstabrasion and fatigue under
nonstop round-the-clock operation. Integrated intelligent
temperature regulationenables accurate modulation of heating ramp
speeds and heat preservation durations, securing
homogeneousprocessing outcomes in high-volume mass production. Its
