& SiC Sintering
Description:
Engineered for non-stop industrial production, this 1-to-1 vacuum
resistance furnace achieves 2200℃ via high-efficiency resistance
heating and a sealed vacuum chamber (20Pa ultimate vacuum). Powered
by 380V 3-phase electricity with thyristor control, it guarantees
stable temperature output even during long production cycles.
Its heavy-duty industrial structure resists wear from continuous
operation, while the intelligent temperature control system
precisely calibrates heating rates and holding times to ensure
uniform processing of large batches. This design minimizes product
variance and boosts overall yield for high-demand materials.
Equipped with automated safety features (vacuum leak detection,
over-temperature shutdown, power-off protection) and a streamlined
operation panel, it reduces manual labor and operational risks,
making it ideal for mass production of hard alloys, SiC components,
and carbon materials.
