Description:
Crafted for industrial mass production, this 1-to-1 vacuum
resistance furnace hits 2200℃, combining sealed vacuum chamber
technology with high-efficiency resistance heating to ensure
consistent temp uniformity for large-batch workpieces. It uses 380V
3-phase power and thyristor control for stable, long-duration
operation.
Its industrial-grade robust structure and precision temperature
regulation system eliminate thermal inconsistencies, ensuring every
workpiece meets strict quality standards. The furnace is optimized
for high-throughput manufacturing, supporting non-stop production
to meet tight delivery schedules.
With integrated safety features (vacuum leak detection,
over-temperature shutdown, power failure protection) and an
