This 1-to-1 vacuum resistance furnace is engineered for high-volume
industrial production, delivering 2200℃ stable heating via advanced
resistance technology and a sealed vacuum chamber (20Pa ultimate
vacuum). It operates on 380V 3-phase power with thyristor control,
ensuring reliable performance during round-the-clock production
cycles.
Built with a heavy-duty frame to withstand industrial wear, the
furnace’s intelligent temperature control system maintains uniform
heating across large batches, reducing product variance and
improving yield rates. Its optimized thermal cycle design shortens
processing time, boosting overall production efficiency.
