In compliance with the VDA6.3 Process Audit Standard, Quality Control Points (QCPs) are set up for key processes, enhancing process capability verification and deviation traceability analysis.
For finished products, comprehensive performance tests are conducted, covering core indicators such as optical transmittance, energy resolution, background noise and light output.
This achieves full-process traceability and full-parameter controllability from raw material incoming inspection to finished product delivery, ensuring that products meet the stringent standards of high-end application fields.
