 Water Treatment Chemicals Decoloring Agent Dca for Sewage Wastewater Decolorizer DCA-55

DCA-55 Water Decoloring Agent is a new type of quaternary amine organic polymer flocculant that integrates decolorization, flocculation and COD removal. Its decolorization effect is significant (removal rate of 95%), and it also has a high removal rate for COD, SS, and BOD.

Applications

Small-scale process as follows
  • Take a appropriate amount of wastewater(Over 200ml) from a beaker and adjust the PH value to 7.5~9.0;
  • Dilute the required reagents, decolorizing agent,  diluted 50 times(i.e. 2% mass concentration),polyaluminum chloride(PAC) diluted 50times, polyacrylamide (PAM) diluted 1000times.
  • Add the reagents dropwise, first add decolorizing agent, stir, then add polyaluminum chloride stir, and finally add(PAM) stir and let stand(whether to add decolorizing agent or polyaluminum chloride first depends on the experiment of different wastewater)
  • Observe whether the color of supernatant meets the requirements if not, adjust the dosage of the reagent and repeat the third step.
  • Calculate the dosage of decolorizing agents and other chemical per ton of wastewater based on experimental data.


Storage
Store in cool conditions (-5-50ºC) to prevent freezing and heat damage. When stored correctly, DCA-58 maintains specifications for at least 12 months from manufacture date.
